The Blue Lake Property Owners Association and the Llano County Municipal Utility District #1 jointly publish a quarterly newsletter, "The BLUE LAKE NEWS" .  Current activities, legal notices, use of common areas, garbage pickup, street maintenance activity, water, sewer, emergency services are subjects dealt with in the "News."
